I'm ZY Zhang, founder and Filing Coordinator at Logo China Pro. Based in Nantong, Jiangsu, I run this as a solo studio — strategy, brief drafting, client communication, and partner coordination all sit directly with me.
I am not an IP attorney. My role is to translate your brand into a filing strategy that survives CNIPA examination on sbj.cnipa.gov.cn — the actual clearance searches and filings are executed by our specialist partners, licensed to file directly with CNIPA. Why this exists
Foreign businesses entering the Chinese market often face an opaque and confusing trademark landscape. Traditional China IP firms regularly hide the true cost of filing behind vague service charges and padded translation fees. Logo China Pro was built to provide absolute clarity.
The official $40 CNIPA government fee per class is exactly what the studio pays the registry, and it is explicitly broken out in the service. Everything else is a flat-rate professional fee.
The studio's pricing packages are public and final: $197 for Logo Design Only, $297 for a 1-class Trademark Filing, $397 for the Combo package, and $797 for the Pro 3-class package. Need more protection? Every additional class is a flat $250 all-in. No surprises, no last-minute invoice bumps.

- The studio designs culturally compliant trademarks honed through years of CNIPA pre-checks — every concept personally judged for cultural fit, examiner-friendliness, and registrability before delivery.
- The studio coordinates document translation and preparation; final submission to CNIPA is executed by our specialist partners.
- The studio provides an under 6h email reply for 12 months from purchase, ensuring you are never left waiting for an update.
- The studio's specialist partners submit your application to CNIPA within 10 working days of receiving your full briefing — backed by a full refund of the service fee if the studio misses this on its side.
- The studio sends bi-weekly screenshots from the CNIPA examiner portal to the client so case status can be verified independently on sbj.cnipa.gov.cn.
What the studio doesn't
- Logo China Pro is a Filing Coordinator service, not a law firm. This is NOT legal advice. For binding legal disputes, consult a licensed attorney.
- The studio does not promise guaranteed approval. Under China Trademark Law Article 28, CNIPA examination is sovereign.
- Because the studio does not charge a massive markup to build a hidden refund pool, there is no refund and no free re-submission if your mark is rejected by the examiner.
- The studio does not sell brand naming. You bring the wording (English, Chinese, or both); our specialist partners file the marks.
